Wisdom Power is Brain Power.

So lets make your brain extremely powerful.
You are your mind. Your brain is an organ of your body. Just as you make all your organs/body healthy through proper diet and exercise, lets feed the brain all the right nutrients. There are so many excellent books out there that will train you how to exercise your brain and also how to make your brain in peak health through proper food. I will just show you here how to make your brain emotionally sound through my way.

We live our life, we pass our time on how we perceive our own self, others and how the world is and how it works. If we not only perceive who we really are and we also become our true self then everything else falls into place. There are three steps to becoming your true self.Who we really are has to be known, understood and actualized. Knowing is the domain of the mind. The five senses are part of the mind. The mind perceives in the present time. The mind knows the present you. However to become your present you the mind has to understand the present you. Understanding means your self image has to be be backed by the precise electrochemical and emotional actions that will project your self image as close to the real you as possible. How this happens is very complicated. This conscious activity of perceiving your self happens through the physical churning in the brain.
The mind takes the current perceptions and passes them on to the brain. The brain takes this information and filters it through its past similar stored experiences and depending on its past patterns it reinterprets this information in the past light. Thus the current reality enters the mind and is cross referenced by the brain and is handed back to the mind distorted by the past pattern. So even though your mind perceives the current reality you understand the current reality as a mixture of the past and present reality as a result even your knowing is distorted. This distortion is proportional to your brain/mind level. At -2 premature brain you don't have a clue of reality nor of your true self. At -1 immature brain/mind level you somewhat have a clue of reality and your true self. At +1 mature mind/brain level you mostly have a good sense of reality and your true self. At +2 mind level you are you and you know reality as much as is humanly possible. So why not make your mind become your true self.

How do you become your true self? By making your mind free of your brain. By making sure your brain lives in the now. By making sure that when the brain goes into the 'library of memories' it does not have any stuck, broken records of past experiences that keep the brain from interpreting the present time in present time. We have to make sure, that as the mind has to depend on the brain to understand, the brain does not distort the correct understanding. As the brain relies on the past memories and patterns we must make sure that all those memories and patterns that are no longer relevant we must learn to remove from the memory bank of the brain.Once the brain has no irrelevant memories to cross-reference the brain will be on the same page as the mind. So all we have to do is to remove the old rusted experiences from the brain and the brain will release the mind to become free to rise and become its true potential.

There are many unpleasant experiences that we consciously remember. Suppose you had an abusive father. Recreate as many episodes as you can remember always one specific episode at a time in as much detail as possible.Specially recreate as if you are feeling the same intensity fear as before but do it in full contextual mindfulness which means become alert to realizing that you are re-experiencing an emotion that has no place in your brain because your are conscious of your current reality. In effect you will experience the past emotions in light of your current reality. The more you relive the old experiences the more you will feel that the emotions of fear and humility will become weaker and weaker, till they will be totally out of your brain. Imagine yourself as a tiny child and this huge giant abusing you. How will you feel? Try to feel all the fear, anger, humiliation, insult, helplessness and just imagine what it will do to your self image especially when you are so tiny and the abuser is so much bigger. Imagine your self in a jungle and a tiger is about to eat you how will you feel as a grown up? So completely understand how your self image was shaped and mindfully reshape it by removing all traces of the past emotional patterns.

There are other unpleasant memories that we don't remember consciously. Even these cause havoc with our mind. Every one of them can be removed. Give your self 20 minutes a day to go into the deepest recesses of your brain and bring out one unpleasant episode at a time. Once the incident is out consciously re-experience it just as you do the conscious unpleasant episodes. These unpleasant episodes even though you have long forgotten them still are real in the nooks and crannies of your unconscious brain. They still keep playing like a broken record. They still keep generating fear, hurt, confusion, anger, humiliation etc. and all these emotions add color to and determine your self image and keep your brain grounded in and trapped in a past reality; thus forcing the brain to perceive the current reality through a pattern determined by these buried memories of these past episodes. As these episodes play in the brain they generate negative emotions. Even when the negative emotions are generated unconsciously the electrochemical and emotional reactions in the brain are real. The negative brain churning is real. This negative brain activity causes actual physical pain in the body. Even though the memories are played out unconsciously the pain is real and it is just a little bit below the conscious surface. It is the kind of pain we feel but we cannot explain. It is called psychosomatic pain. Once we get rid of the unconscious and unpleasant memories even this pain disappears. So how do we bring this unconscious painful experiences into consciousness?

There are lots of ways to bring the unconscious memories to the surface. Look up on the internet including my knols. One of the most effective ways is to lay down on some comfortable bed stretch your legs and arms apart and first empty your mind of all thoughts. Then become consciously aware that your mind is focusing on any underlying tension in your body. Starting from the forehead feel and become aware of any tension. Slowly go down consciously aware that you are actually magnifying any tension in your body and not just on the surface. Feel the nooks and crannies of your brain. Go from one spot to the next very very slowly. Where ever you feel tension just focus on that spot and feel and magnify this tension. This just below the surface tension/pain is due to some specific unforgotten past episode when you were insulted, hurt, abused etc. As you focus on this particular spot the incident which is buried but very much alive in your unconscious brain that is causing this pain will come to the surface. As soon as you know this particular experience remove it from your brain by reliving it as explained earlier. Each new spot of pain will bring the causing episode to your conscious mind and you will repeat the process.

You can start with 20 minutes a day. It is OK to even take a brain therapists help if you are in a -2 situation. It may take months but before you (+1 you) know it you will be on your way to a powerful brain that will project a solid +2 mind. Thus actualizing your true self.
