The Extremely Good News About Your Brain.

You can still use the 90% of the unused portion of your fresh, healthy and raw brain.

Don't brand your self or your whole brain bad when only a section of the brain cells are bad. Most normal people use only 10% of their brain. If you are shy or nervous or a little different in your own way you use over 25% of your brain. If your brain is stuck at the -2 level you are in trouble. You need out side help. If your brain is stuck at -1 the brain is stuck not because your whole brain is stuck. It is because part of your brain cells are stuck. A specific bunch of them are stuck because of specific painful incidents in your brain. You take these incidents out and these brain cells stop holding the brain back. For most of you out there over 90% of your brain is unused and underused. Only a small % of the brain cells out of the 10% that you use are burdened with unhealthy emotional baggage. The rest are normal and healthy. Even better you have a reserve of the 90% raw and fresh brain cells
When you have an emotional baggage you must know that your whole brain is not defective. It is just a tiny part of your brain that needs to get its baggage taken off. Also you must know that you have a reservoir of 90% of your brain cells eager to come alive instead of withering away. If you have a worry that is not going away or if you have fallen into a bad habit and it is really hard to give up try to learn a new hobby. Put a lot of passion into learning it. When you learn a new skill you are actually taking a withdrawal from the 90% unused brain cells. You are flooding your brain with healthy active cells who compete with your baggage cells. Soon enough your life may not be rid of the baggage brain cells* but the new hobby brain cells make your life manageable. They give you a breather.

Don't brand your whole brain as defective when only a small portion of the brain cells are loaded with baggage which can be unloaded. Again the brain is only supposed to be a smaller partner of your consciousness, the mind is always in charge especially if you are a +1. The bigger mistake we make is that for the bad performance of a small part of our brain we brand our whole self as bad and guilty. The brain is just one organ of our body. We not only can control it we can master it. Also don't go into a depression if I tell you that just a small portion of your brain cells need a bath. We all need a bath. In fact we must all (normal or super normal) give a one hour bath to our brain every day through yoga or positive psychology or prayer or whatever works for you.

Also when you have an emotional baggage your brain has joined the health club of the brain. It is more overworked than the so called normal brain. And as the brain is a muscle it gets strengthened by the extra exercise. It is no coincidence that shy people (who exercise their brain more) like Einstein and Gandhi were the two greatest minds of all time.(Read my knol on Shypower).

*I am talking of a heavy duty habit that becomes a part of the unconscious brain like falling into a heavy trap of constant horniness(This is always of your own making).
