How to spread democracy around the world.

You cannot ram democracy through whole nations throats.
Genuine democracy can only come through a change of heart (brain). Democracy is a way of life. It is human behavior. If you cannot understand this then at least understand that each human activity springs from the brain. Each human activity comes from one of the four levels of the mind/brain. Democracy is a +2 super mature activity. Democracy means freedom. Democracy means all citizens are equal. It means no one is above the law. Find me one normal person who does not like these qualities of democracy. However the problem arises because the leadership has a vested interest to keep themselves and their cronies in power. Add to this the religious and or ideological beliefs that are ingrained into the minds of the mases. Everyone perceives reality not the way reality is but as the brain lets it understand reality. Thus whole countries have a mental barrier from understanding +2 brain power values as their brains keep interpreting +2 as +1, -1 or -2. If my brain keeps interpreting +2 as...

The golden age of America was created and started by +2 brain power values. The very fabric of American life was created by the wisdom of such leaders as Benjamin Franklin and George Washington. Peoples from all over the world were welcome to become American citizens and become one family. This is the true American spirit. The true American soul treats one and all with genuine +2 behavior. When America rams democracy down the throat of say Iraq; America is not its true self. It is the jingoistic self image of America in the minds of a few misguided leaders. When such leaders launch wars for ideological purposes they are wrong on many counts. Some of the important ones being:

1) It is totally against the noble spirit of America. America is +2. All wars are -2. And -2 behavior has -2 consequences. It cost irreplaceable lives, unbearable pain, disrupts lives of family members, it makes a few companies rich ( just a few people really). In fact some argue that wars create jobs; not really. Wars create country bancruptcies. Look how many civilizations were destroyed due to war expenditures. In fact we will be paying for these current wars for some time to come.

2) Genuine democracy can only come through genuine change of brain. You cannot force +2 values into a -1 or -2 brain. It is impossible and it will never happen. You can kill the person and if you can somehow keep the brain alive it will still not accept +2 values because the brain is capable of accepting what it is capable of accepting.

3) When you want +2 results you have to use +2 behavior. You cannot achieve +2 with -2. As +2 can never equal -2, ask any math guy. So when you are using a -2 path to achieve +2 results there is a lot wrong. The very action, the very act of war itself is -2. Not only is war -2 the very action/method used is -2. The solution through war is itself -2. Thus the method and the actual act combined make it a double jeopardy - a double -2. The very act of war is -2 so it will only produce -2 results.

So if you want democracy you must make efforts to change the mind set of the leadership of these country. The best way would be to give free scholarships to the children of the bad leaders. Change the new leadership generations brain power to +2. Reopen USIS libraries everywhere. Give free emotional intelligence education over the internet. Bombard them with real +2 emotional intelligence knowledge and not with propaganda. For what you need is a +2 world and democracy will take root and spread and prosper automatically.

Lead by example. Communism came crashing down because the world saw that the communist way was economically and morally a failure.
