BRAIN & MIND.

HOW THE MIND WORKS FOR THE BRAIN FOR MANY, WHILE ITS THE MIND THAT SHOULD BE IN CHARGE.
Become a Picasso of your life and of your chosen field. How to make your brain work for you and not the other way around. Look how the immortals did their work. First they worked on their passion. They gave it all they got. Their mind dwells on their passion for so long that the brain started working and dwelling on the same project. So when a grandmaster makes his move he does not have to think too long as the mind and brain both work together with intelligence and emotional intelligence working as one. For these two forces of the human being often work against each other. Mostly when one is working on the project the other is in La La land, this is what we call unfocused mind. (it is really the unfocused brain). Look at how Picasso painted. Often he did not know what the end result was going to be. It was as if someone else was holding his hands and making the strokes. He could paint in his sleep, because his unconscious brain was just as trained as his mind.

Know the difference between your brain and mind. Know the difference between your emotional intelligence and your regular intelligence. Know the difference between emotional intelligence education and regular intelligence education. Learn how to put your brain to work for you and not the other way around.

The mind processes all new information. This processing takes place through the brain via emotional, chemical and electrical actions. As the information becomes more and more familiar the brain starts to process the information automatically. So instead of acting the brain starts to react. In case of the immortals like Picasso and Einstein in spite of being experts in their field they kept coming back to the subject as if it was something new which they did not even know let alone understand. So they trained their mind into believing that each time it was new information that they were seeking. So their brain was always acting instead of reacting. So the mind instead of standing aside to let the brain do a familiar routine job plunges right in to handle the 'new task'. The genius of a Picasso makes the mind do a routine job as a totally new experience every time(and you can learn this trick too).
However as the brain actually knows this job all too well it also compliments the mind. So the unconscious brain cells and the conscious brain cells worked together to create a masterpiece every time Picasso picked up his paint brush. Before a canvass Picasso's mind and brain were one. Even here they doth divide their duties the brain does the routine job and the mind focuses on and creates the new element.Unfortunately for most of us our brain and mind is not aligned as well.

Synchronizing your mind and brain into one clear entity, making your emotional intelligence and your regular intelligence work as a team, makes your full life power regal and real. When you go to get your reading glasses the optometrist puts on your eye two different lenses. Then he keeps asking you if this is better, if this is better by rotating the lenses. He stops when you know the best possible alignment . The brain and mind are like lenses. Only a perfect alignment of mind and brain makes you know, understand and become your true self. You can make your conscious and unconscious brain cells work as a team. You may not become a Picasso or an Eisenstein of the world but you can become an Einstein or Picasso in your part of the world in your chosen field.
