How does one become a wise human being: by making our consciousness free.

For most human beings our consciousness is conditioned to a mixture of truth and falsehood.
Pure consciousness is generated by a wise brain/mind which means not only to be aware of our real being it means to become our real being.

"The importance of life is not judged by what one says, nor is it
judged by what one does. The importance of life is judged by what one
actually becomes." - Swami Sattayananda

For what one may say or do it may be for some ulterior motive. For
vanity or fame or under fear which again all depends on the quality of
what one is. Ultimately what kind of behavior one indulges in boils
down to the quality of the 'being' of the person. No wonder since
ancient times we humans are called 'human beings'. The quality of our
sayings and the quality of our behavior all depends on the quality of
our being, the quality of our humanness.

So what is this humanness? This quality of our being and how do we
become the finest quality human being? To be human is to be alive. And
life is above all a process and the quality of this process is
determined by the quality of the developed brain. This process is
consciousness. The brain's developed powers determine the the quality
of the consciousness. And the quality of consciousness determines the
quality of the humanness - the quality of the human's being. Thus to
become the best possible human being one has to create the best
possible physical and emotional brain which will produce as pure
consciousness as is humanly possible.

The biggest task to creating true human beings is to make sure the
physical brain is composed of the most healthy and organic components.
And above all is emotionally developed in a nurturing environment of
actual reality.

As consciousness is produced by the brain it is the brain's quality
that determines the quality of the individuals and even the groups
consciousness.

Wisdom produces the highest quality answer to the question 'who am
I?' It above all conditions consciousness to the now! Most people go
through life with a set image of similar objects and circumstances
beginning with ones own self. Due to the conditioning of our
consciousness we comprehend our own self in a set pattern. We do the
same with our loved ones and even with our life situations. As a
result life becomes a mixture of the current and past life in our
consciousness. The past is dead and gone yet it continues to flavor
the present life from set patterns of past life. So consciousness of
the present is not always totally true.

From the ancients to our very own times Deepak Chopra all talk about
the many levels of consciousnesses. We can divide consciousness based
on the four levels of the mind and quantify it as follows: a)
premature consciousness (-2), b) Immature consciousness (-1), c)
mature consciousness (+1) and d) Super mature consciousness. It is
very clear that we can achieve the highest form of consciousness by
developing our brain to the +2 super mature level. At this stage
consciousness is true to the current actual reality. It is free of the
past patterns of consciousness and it does not try to escape from the
current reality by living in a fantasy driven consciousness.

Pure consciousness resides in the now. The highest quality human mind resides in the now. The human mind resides in the now only when it is free of the clutches of the brain. When the brain controls the mind then the mind is in the grip of the past patterns and the future longings. Only when the brain is emotionally developed to the super mature level does it let go of the mind and even it itself becomes an organ of the body fully controlled by the mind.

The brain is physically and emotionally of a lower level when it is filled with emotional baggage. When this baggage is removed the brain rises to the higher level. Pure consciousness means pure brain. In order to clean the brain and make it physically and emotionally super healthy one has to learn to become aware of what part of consciousness is conditioned/restricted and what part is real and pure and then identify with the pure consciousness as the real 'you' and the conditioned consciousness as the polluted 'you' that has to be enlightened into pure consciousness.

A conditioned consciousness means a conditioned 'you' and a conditioned 'I'. A pure consciousness means a pure you.
